Barbecues can be used on site, as long as they are contained and raised off the grass. Open fires are strictly prohibited.
If you are unfortunate enough to have an accident during your stay, we have qualified first aiders around the park and clubhouse. One of these will be available during the daytime and evening. Please ask a member of staff or phone Reception on 01278 751227 for assistance.
If there is a problem in the night, please phone our Night Warden (on duty from 8pm - 8am) on 07818 282950. The nearest Accident & Emergency centre is at Weston General Hospital, Grange Road, BS23 4TQ. Please note that the Weston A&E Department is closed overnight between 10pm and 8am; instead call 111 (non-emergency) or 999 (emergency).
Yes, we sell touring caravans and occasionally have statics for sale. Check our Caravan Sales web page for current stock. Please phone 01278 751227 for enquiries or pop into Reception.
Yes, you can hire a travel cot, pushchair and/or high chair from Reception free of charge. A refundable £25 deposit is required per item. Please get in touch to book one of our hire items.
Yes, we have tarmac hardstanding pitches on Fields 5 and 6. These are suitable for caravans and motorhomes only (no tents).
The electric hook up is 240 volts, 16 amps. All normal household appliances may be used except for electric cookers and fires.
Although very few problems occur, we do have a Night Warden on duty from 8pm - 8am every night. If you have any problems at night during your stay, please either call or text the warden on 07818 282950.
Yes, we have touring seasonal pitches but there is an ongoing waiting list. Please visit our Seasonal Pitches page for prices and information.
No, showers are free of charge at Warren Farm.
The park is mainly flat and level, with wheelchair access to most areas. In each toilet block, there are private washrooms with specially adapted toilets and showers. We have a number of disabled hardstanding pitches close to the toilet blocks - please state when booking if you require a disabled pitch (blue badge holders only).
Yes, there are launderettes located in our facility blocks, with washing machines and tumble driers.
Yes, we have EV electric car charging points (Type 2) in two locations - next to the Play Barn and in The Beachcomber car park. You can purchase tokens from our Reception.
Yes, there are 13 amp plug sockets in every toilet block, as well as shaving sockets. Hairdryers are provided and you can use the sockets for your own electrical items such as hair straighteners. We do not recommend leaving devices unattended to charge; instead you can charge items at Reception free of charge - please bring your own charger.
Yes, you can charge your electrical devices at Reception. There is no charge for this service, but you must provide your own charger.
Yes, Warren Farm e-vouchers are available to purchase. If you'd like to treat a friend or family member, these gift vouchers can be used towards a holiday with us. A great present!

Yes, we stock Calor gas and can exchange Calor gas bottles only. We stock various sizes of butane and propane.
Brean Caravan Shop sells Camping Gaz and various types of disposable gas canisters.
No, we do not allow the use of generators on site as they may disturb others.
Yes, you may put up a gazebo, providing there is sufficient space on your pitch and you are not encroaching on others.
Brean Caravan Shop (between Main Reception and The Beachcomber) has frozen ice packs for hire. Please pop in and see them or call them on 01278 751599.

Brean Caravan Shop (next door) hire and sell a range of camping and caravanning accessories.
Mobile phone signal is generally good on-site, however there may be black spot areas. Wifi and 4G is also widely available. For more detailed information about coverage, please contact your network provider's Coverage Checker.
Booking Information
There is no minimum stay for touring and camping, you may book from any day to any day. There is however a maximum stay of three weeks on all the touring areas.
Yes, a compulsory deposit is required when booking your holiday. This applies to touring, camping and static caravan hire. Please visit our Book Online page to see how much deposit is needed to secure your booking. You can make further payments at any time through your online account.
In most cases you can extend your stay if availability allows. Please contact Reception in order to check if it's possible to stay longer.
We cannot reserve a particular place, as you choose your own pitch on arrival. We will endeavour to put you in the field of your choice and keep groups of families and friends together, however this cannot be guaranteed during very busy periods.
Groups are not permitted to stay on-site. We will accept bookings for families and couples only. If you're not sure whether your party will be accepted, please call us on 01278 751227 to discuss.
Our pitches are approx 9 metres x 9 metres. There should be plenty of space to park your car/s alongside your unit. We can take very large tents up to a maximum of 9m x 9m.
Touring & Camping: There should be adequate space to park two cars on your touring/camping pitch.
Caravan Hire: There is a dedicated car park within our Caravan Hire fleet complex. You will be able to park one car here, outside the accommodation. Depending on space, you may have to park additional cars on The Beachcomber car park.
Please make sure we have all car details/registrations included on your booking. Please note we do not accept vans or commercial vehicles on site.
Reception is open until 8pm. Don't worry if you'll be arriving late. Our Night Warden can check you in between 8pm and 10pm. The Night Warden's phone number is on the main gate, please call him when you arrive for assistance.
Local Area
The nearest railway stations to us are Highbridge & Burnham (approx 7 miles) and Weston-super-Mare (approx 9 miles). Both take roughly 20 minutes to travel to by car. For information on local train services please telephone 0345 7484950 or visit the National Rail website.
Yes, the bus stop for transport to Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare is just a few minutes' walk from Main Reception (15 minute walk from Sunnyside). Our nearest bus stop is 'Brean Village Hall'. Please call in at Reception for an up-to-date bus timetable, alternatively you can phone us on 01278 751227 for further information.

All essential shopping (for bread, milk, groceries etc) can be done on the park or in the village centre at convenience stores. See our Shops web page for a list of on-site outlets. If you require a large chain supermarket, there is a Tesco in Burnham-on-Sea (5 miles away).
For other retail, there are a limited number of shops in Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare town centres. The best selection of clothes shops can be found slightly further afield at Clarks Village outlet shopping centre or Cribbs Causeway mall near Bristol.
Our very own clubhouse, The Beachcomber, has fantastic entertainment and is situated right on site. Just one mile away in the centre of the village there are several other pubs and bars.
